These personal outdoor sessions are a time to slow down, restore, and move with purpose. We begin with gentle strength-based movements to keep your body engaged, then shift into stretches, strength and mobility work that release tension and improve range of motion with the option to pick up 2-5 pound dumbbells. Each session ends with Scripture, prayer, and guided breathwork—helping you recover not just physically, but spiritually. This isn’t yoga—it’s a Christ-centered approach to restoration, designed to leave you refreshed, renewed, and ready for what God has called you to.
The Mobility training begins with strength-based movement to keep the body engaged while transitioning out of high-intensity work. At this point in the session, your muscles are warm, your body is humbled, and your focus is sharp—making it the ideal time to challenge stability, control, and intentional movement with the option to pick up 2-5 pound dumbbells.
Next, we shift into slower, deeper flexibility work designed to reduce tension, restore range of motion, and begin the cool-down process with intention and care being sure not to perform any sequences of movement from the eastern practice used to worship false gods.

We close with active recovery and reflection, guided by Scripture and natural breathwork—not silence or spiritual neutrality. You won’t be asked to empty your mind. You’ll be invited to fix it on truth. This is not yoga. It’s Spirit-led restoration—anchored in God’s Word and aligned with His design.
