WARM-UP
Every 9 9 4 1 session begins with ACTIVATE — a 5-7 minute dynamic full-body warm-up designed to awaken your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and set your spirit in motion. This phase utilizes dynamic, full-body movement for intentional preparation. Through bodyweight activation, controlled tempo, and mobility-driven drills, you’ll sharpen your focus and prepare your body to train with purpose.
STRENGTH & RESISTANCE TRAINING
POWER is where resistance meets purpose.
This is the strength-building phase where your body is pushed, your will is tested, and your faith is sharpened. Through 35-40 minutes of functional, progressive resistance training, you’ll build lean muscle, increase stamina, and develop the kind of resilience that endures beyond the gym walls.
Our programming is strategically layered, with strength blocks that challenge the body and disciple the mind, because you weren’t made to coast.
You were made to stand firm, lift heavy, and endure for the Kingdom.
RECOVERY & MOVEMENT QUALITY
MOBILITY is where restoration meets reverence.
This final 10-15 minutes phase is about more than just cooling down, it’s a return to stillness with purpose. At 9 9 4 1, mobility is not yoga. We don’t borrow from other spiritual systems. Instead, we offer movement grounded in Scripture, led by the Spirit, and rooted in truth. Through natural breathwork, intentional movement, and prayerful stillness, MOBILITY helps reduce tension, restore range of motion, and prepare you to walk back into life aligned—body, mind, and spirit.
You won’t be asked to empty your mind or find your center.
You’ll be reminded where your help comes from.
This is sacred ground—where your training ends and your posture of worship begins.
Tax collectors and other notorious sinners often came to listen to Jesus teach. This made the Pharisees and teachers of religious law complain that he was associating with such sinful people—even eating with them! So Jesus told them this story: “If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them gets lost, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others in the wilderness and go to search for the one that is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he will joyfully carry it home on his shoulders. When he arrives, he will call together his friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.’ In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!
